2. Pricing & Payments

Currency & Taxes: All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Transparent Pricing: The final price is shown at checkout. We do not charge hidden fees or restocking charges.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Territory: Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only.

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT).

Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).

Transit Time: Typically 2–5 Business Days.

Total Delivery: Estimated 2–5 Business Days.

Local Pickup: Collection is available from our Bradford location during business hours.

4. Right to Cancel & Returns

We comply with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Standard Items: You may cancel and return eligible non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.

Exemptions: The following items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged:

- Personalised items customised with names, dates, or messages.
- Perishable goods or time-sensitive items.

Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours and provide photographic evidence to qualify for a replacement or refund.

5. No Restocking Fees

Policy: We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns where applicable.
