We are here to serve you 7 days a week:

  • Monday – Saturday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Ordering & Customisation

Can I customise my flowers or gift keepsakes?

Yes! We specialise in bespoke designs and personalised gifts. You can add names, specific dates, or custom messages to our floral and gift products to create a truly one-of-a-kind memory.

What happens if I need to change my order?

For standard items, please contact us immediately. However, for personalised items or fresh flowers, we cannot make changes once the handcrafted preparation or customisation has already begun.

Shipping & Store Pickup

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom to ensure our premium products arrive in perfect condition.

How long does delivery take?

We work 7 days a week to ensure fast turnaround:

  • Handling: 1 – 2 Business Days.
  • Transit: 2 – 5 Business Days.
  • Total Estimated Arrival: 3 – 7 Business Days.

How does Free Store Pickup work?

Choose "Pick Up" at checkout to remove shipping charges. Most orders are ready within 2 hours. Please wait for your "Ready for Pickup" email before visiting our Bradford boutique.

Cancellations & Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for non-perishable and non-personalised items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We charge £0.00 restocking fees for all eligible returns.

Can I return flowers or personalised items?

In accordance with UK law, perishable goods (fresh flowers) and personalised items are exempt from "change of mind" returns. However, we will always provide a resolution if they arrive damaged.

Payments & Security

Are your prices inclusive of tax?

Yes. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT. The price you see on the product page is the final price you will pay at checkout, plus any applicable shipping fees.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Our website is SSL-encrypted and we use PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.

Damaged Items

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please email support@momentsbytrillionz.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can provide a full refund or a replacement immediately.
