Shipping Territory & Delivery Charges

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Free Standard Delivery is available on all orders over £50.00.

  • Orders under £50.00 are charged a flat delivery fee of £4.95.

  • All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.

  • Delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout with no hidden fees.

Order Processing

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT)

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Operating Days: Monday to Sunday

Orders placed before 6:00 PM are normally processed on the same day. As all personalised products are made to order, some items may require additional preparation time.

Delivery Times

  • Estimated Transit Time: 2–5 business days

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

We use trusted UK delivery partners such as Royal Mail and DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or busy seasonal periods.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package every order before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, ideally within 48 hours. Please include photographs of the item and its packaging so we can investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
