  • Service Area: We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over £50.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under £50, a flat shipping fee of £4.95 applies.
  • Local Pickup: We offer Free Local Pickup from our Bradford boutique for all orders, regardless of order value.

2. HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

To ensure your custom gifts are prepared with the highest level of detail:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 18:00 (6:00 PM) GMT.
  • Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Monday – Saturday).
  • Processing: Orders placed before 6:00 PM are typically prepared and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed on Sundays or Bank Holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. TRANSIT TIME & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Transit Time: 2 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 2 – 4 Business Days from the date of purchase.
  • Carriers: We partner with trusted UK carriers (such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri) to ensure your gifts arrive in perfect condition.

4. SPECIALIST HANDLING FOR DELICATE ITEMS

  • Balloons & Rose Bears: Items such as our LED balloon bouquets and delicate rose bears are packaged using specialized, secure materials to prevent any damage or crushing during transit.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s tracking portal.

5. LOCAL BRADFORD SERVICES

For our customers in the Bradford area:

  • Free Local Pickup: You can collect your order for free directly from our shop at 969 Leeds Rd, Bradford, BD3 8JB. Please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” notification email before arriving.
  • Event & Party Setups: For large party balloon decor and venue setups, our team provides specialized local services. Please contact us directly to schedule and coordinate these events.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES AND DAMAGES

  • Damaged Items: We take incredible care in our packaging, but if a delicate item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@momentsbytrillionz.co.uk. Please include clear photos of both the damaged item and the outer packaging so we can arrange a prompt replacement or solution.
