Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are conducted in British Pounds (GBP £). Before finalizing your order, the checkout page will clearly display the total cost, which includes:

  • Product Price: The cost of your selected items (VAT included).
  • Shipping Fees: Free over £50, or a flat rate of £4.95 for smaller orders.
  • No Hidden Fees: We do not charge restocking fees or surprise handling charges at checkout.

  • Processing: As our products are often bespoke (personalized balloons) or perishable (fresh flowers), orders are processed within 0–1 Business Days.
