1. HOW LONG DO YOUR BESPOKE BALLOONS LAST?
Our helium-filled bubble balloons and LED balloon bouquets typically stay afloat and looking beautiful for 1–2 weeks, depending on the environment. For longevity, keep them away from direct heat, sunlight, and extreme cold.
2. CAN I CHOOSE THE COLORS AND TEXT FOR MY BALLOON?
Yes, Personalization is our specialty. You can specify your color theme and custom message during the ordering process. Every balloon is handcrafted to your vision by our Bradford team.
3. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
No. We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Due to the delicate nature of fresh flowers, bespoke balloons, and gift hampers, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. CAN I RETURN A PERSONALIZED ITEM OR FRESH FLOWERS?
In accordance with UK law, personalized gifts and perishable items (like flowers or inflated balloons) are exempt from the standard 14-day return rule and cannot be returned if you change your mind. For non-custom items (like rose bears or artificial florals), please see our Return & Refund Policy for details on our 14-day window.
5. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We take great care in our packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please notify us at support@momentsbytrillionz.co.uk within 24 hours with a photo. We will prioritize a replacement or refund to ensure your celebration stays on track.
6. DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat shipping rate of £4.95 applies to ensure your delicate items are handled with care.
7. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is dispatched (Handling Time: 0–1 Business Days), you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery directly through the carrier’s portal.
8. CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER IN PERSON?
Absolutely! We offer Free Local Pickup from our Bradford boutique. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

10. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We process orders quickly to meet our 18:00 (6:00 PM) GMT cut-off time. If you need to change a custom design, please contact us immediately. Once personalization has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
